Frost Trustvale provides AI-enhanced market analysis, trading signals, and optional automated trade execution via connected brokerage accounts. The Service is for informational and analytical use only.
- Frost Trustvale does not hold or manage your funds. All capital remains in your personal brokerage or exchange account.
- We connect to brokers via API keys with read and trade permissions only. These keys cannot be used for withdrawals.
- Past performance of any strategy or signal does not guarantee future results.
- Trading involves risk of loss, including the potential loss of your Frost Trustvale capital.
4. No Financial Advice Provided
Nothing on the platform Frost Trustvale constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. AI signals and analytics are for informational purposes only. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. Frost Trustvale is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
5. Fees and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. All fees exclude taxes, which are your responsibility. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of initial payment for new subscribers only.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or breach applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
- Use automated methods to scrape or extract data from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without prior written consent.
- Disrupt or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
- Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or other activities violating financial regulations.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Frost Trustvale WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO Frost Trustvale IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
